Nanhai Hoyang

In 1996, Mr. Jeff Yang and Mr. Jack Lu invested as much as 1000 US dollars to set up HoYang Metal Technology Co.,ltd  in Nanhai, Foshan city, Guangdong province，China on approximately 40000 square meter of lands. Till now, there are more than 500 employees in HoYang, one third of these employees are senior engineers, engineers and technicians.

HoYang is an integrated manufacturing unit specializing in development and production, including gravity casting, die-casting, precise machining, painting and assemblage. The advanced automatic production equipment and production lines with precise CNC machinery enable us to produce the engine component for variety of motor vehicles, compressor component for air-conditioner（using gas as power）, components for IT products and communication products and components using in other field.

Main production equipments in HoYang include high pressure casting machines(the biggest one is Toshiba 1250T high pressure casting machine)，gravity casting machines，horizontal and vertical CNC machining center, wet and powder painting lines. We are capable to melt down aluminum 600-800T per month, and can machine more than 100,000 pieces of parts per month。

The manufacturing facilities of HoYang have quality approval to TS16949 accreditation. And we have established a set of complete quality control and quality-assurance system.

Well established production system and quality inspection system along with the sound management makes us leading in advanced R&D and manufacturing capabilities. We also cooperate closely with Taiwan Industrial Technology Research Institute on several aspects during the product development.

Since 2003, HoYang has been trying hard to become the OEM, ODM in metal machinery products for electronic and communication components and automobile parts from the companies over Japan, Europe, USA and Canada area. Our products have entered Japanese, European and American market.

Electronic and communication components are assigned by Cisco and Sun Micro. Engine parts are assigned by Caterpillar, Volvo, Perkins and Deutz. The compressor components for air conditioner are assigned by Nissan in Japan. Emerson, E-Mak are also HoYang’s cutomers.
